# Selling Land

To sell your Land simply place a sign in your Land and enter the following information on each line. \
\
Line 1 = Type the word "land" This is a keyword that gives the sign magical selling powers. \
Line 2 = The word "sell".\
Line 3 = The price in $EMRD. Just type the numbers like "32500" and nothing else.\
\
Click "Done" to create the sign.\
\
If done correctly, your sign will transform into a "Purchase Sign" with some colored text. Any player can now right-click on your sign to complete the purchase.

To cancel your listing, simply break the sign.

{% hint style="danger" %}
This sells your **LAND** including all of the chunks belonging to that Land.\
To sell a chunk belonging to your land, you may have to /lands unclaim a chunk and /lands create \<land name> for $7400 EMRD to create a second sellable Land.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.cryptocraftgame.com/genesis-land/gameplay/land-ownership/selling-land.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
