Each land owner also has the option of toggling whether mobs can spawn on their property. There is no way to control which mobs spawn or how often. The owner can simply turn spawns either "on" or "off."\ \ Mobs grant experience when killed. This can be used to enchant weapons and armors. Players lose all XP when killed.
