# Banned?

If you were banned but you were following all rules, please go to Discord and make a ticket in the Support > Help channel. 

#### Required Information

1. Minecraft Username
2. Date, Time, and Timezone you were banned
3. Ban Reason Shown on Screen
4. Your explanation of why you think this ban happened in error
